About the Role

You'll lead interdisciplinary projects in AI, Simulation, Engineering Sciences, Data, Processes, and Quantum Computing - building bridges between high-end technology from top universities and real-world implementation at leading industry partners. You'll collaborate with our customers - industry leaders in the aerospace, energy, healthcare, and automotive sectors - as well as with top universities like MIT, Harvard, Stanford, and ETHZurich.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate international innovation projects across AI & Engineering
• Build trust-based partnerships with clients and researchers
• Translate complexity into clarity - and ideas into business value
• Mentor teams and foster a culture of excellence

What You Bring

• PhD or Postdoc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Proven experience in project management and business development
• Deep technical understanding of AI, simulation, or digital engineering
• Strong communicator, fluent in English and German
