Over the past decade, TWT has delivered over 500 innovation projects, shaping the way AI & Data, Simulation, Processes, and Quantum Computing are applied across industries.
About the Role
You’ll lead interdisciplinary projects in AI, Simulation, Engineering Sciences, Data, Processes, and Quantum Computing – building bridges between high-end technology from top universities and real-world implementation at leading industry partners.
You'll collaborate with our customers - industry leaders in the aerospace, energy, healthcare, and automotive sectors - as well as with top universities like MIT, Harvard, Stanford, and ETH Zurich.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate international innovation projects across AI & Engineering
- Build trust-based partnerships with clients and researchers
- Translate complexity into clarity – and ideas into business value
- Mentor teams and foster a culture of excellence
What You Bring
- PhD or Postdoc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Proven experience in project management and business development
- Deep technical understanding of AI, simulation, or digital engineering
- Strong communicator, fluent in English and German
