Your mission

• Conception and design of effective email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Automation of complex workflows in systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Management of the database for precise delivery and personalisation of campaigns.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and deriving strategic recommendations.
• Coordinating with client consulting and creative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Continuously developing platforms and processes to increase marketing efficiency.

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in marketing automation, ideally in an agency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of at least one common marketing automation platform (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).
• A basic understanding of HTML and CSS for editing email templates is an advantage.
• Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with clients and colleagues.
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English.
