Overview
As Research Manager you will lead interdisciplinary R&D programs at the edge of AI, data science, and engineering, collaborating with top universities and industry partners to turn research into impact. You will shape projects that bridge academia and industry, manage international consortia, and translate insights into scalable technologies. You will represent TWT at major conferences and mentor rising researchers, contributing to breakthroughs across automotive, aerospace, AI, and robotics.

Zentrale Anforderungen
- PhD or Postdoctoral degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related fields
- Proven success in coordinating international and interdisciplinary research programs
- Strong grasp of AI, data-driven engineering, or simulation-based design
- Experience with EU or national funding programs (Horizon Europe, DFG, BMBF)
- Fluent in English and German; strong communicator across cultures and disciplines
