Responsibilities
Support field leadership in maintaining a strong safety culture across all CSA activities and subcontractor work.
Assist in coordinating civil, structural, architectural, building envelope, and cleanroom construction activities in the field.
Work with the CSA Superintendent to coordinate subcontractors, daily work plans, and short‑interval schedules to support safe and efficient execution.
Help drive look‑ahead planning, constraint identification, and field‑level coordination to support schedule adherence.
Support coordination between CSA and MEP trades to ensure installation sequencing and workface readiness.
Assist in verifying that work is installed in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and GMP standards.
Track field progress, manpower, and productivity; elevate potential issues or risks to the CSA Superintendent.
Support inspections, punch‑list completion, and turnover/commissioning preparation activities.
Assist in maintaining strong working relationships with trade partners, design teams, and client representatives.
Support documentation, field reporting, and coordination of change impacts, RFIs, and material tracking as directed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline, or equivalent field experience.
3–8 years of construction experience, preferably with exposure to CSA scope.
Experience on industrial, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, or mission‑critical projects preferred.
Concrete and structural systems.
Building envelope assembly.
GMP and regulated facility requirements.
Exposure to fast‑track construction and design‑build project delivery.
Familiarity with Lean Construction and pull‑planning concepts.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced field environment.
Basic proficiency with construction management and scheduling tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience on pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced technology facility projects.
Exposure to commissioning, qualification, and turnover processes.
Understanding of cGMP‑regulated construction environment.
Experience working in active construction or live operational facilities.
OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
Exposure to LEED or sustainable construction practices.
Familiarity with Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) or collaborative delivery environments.
