Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in optimizing service processes, blending strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver real business value
- Drive alignment and momentum across cross-functional teams, cultivating a collaborative culture to achieve bold service goals
- Gather user stories from B2B customers to improve customer service functionalities.
- Champion the fusion of physical and digital customer experiences, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies to redefine engagement
- Take ownership as a Group Process Owner (GPO), shaping the process landscape through process design within the Salesforce and Genesys ecosystem
- Turn customer insights into impactful features, collaborating closely with global service experts and IT to foster ongoing innovation
Requirements
- Hold a degree in business, computer science, or a related field, with a strategic mindset and a passion for aligning customer processes with evolving market and organizational needs
- Thrive in global, cross functional environments, naturally building bridges and fostering team synergy
- Excel at connecting the dots between technology and business, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions
- A seasoned Project manager/Product Owner/Process Owner who navigates complexity with confidence and balances diverse stakeholder needs with ease
- Experienced in Salesforce Service Cloud is a must have requirement, any experience with contact centre platforms such as Genesys, Twilio or any alternatives is a desired requirement.
