You will serve as an advocate for end users within the organization by gathering and communicating technical feedback to highlight issues, identify areas for improvement and contribute to evolving product requirements. /p pYou will work closely with multiple teams - including Product Management, Product Development and RD value teams, as well as Field Application Engineering, Sales and Quality - to support customer projects globally, clear roadblocks toward successful product design-in and ensure seamless and satisfactory user experience across a variety of engagements. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact on delivering world-class products, continuously enhancing product utility and performance and helping customers fully utilize the capabilities of u-blox positioning technologies. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage customer expectations and provide high-quality remote and on-site technical support for GNSS applications and projects. /li liProvide support from customer first evaluation, to design-in and through to maintenance phases, ensuring seamless integration and maximum product value. /li liAuthor and contribute to technical product documentation, including datasheets, integration and user manuals, application notes and technical content for internal and external audiences. /li liAct as a technical expert, empowering customers through design-in guidance, technical documentation, and personalized support. /li liCollect and process customer feedback, identify areas for improvement and communicate insights to internal stakeholders to drive product enhancements. /li liCollaborate proactively with Product Management, Product Development and RD during product definition, development and improvement processes. /li liProvide customized design-in vehicles, prototype deliveries and tailored technical solutions to accelerate customer adoption of new technologies. /li liAnalyze non-conformities, support root-cause investigations and contribute to corrective actions with the RD teams. /li liHost technical trainings and workshops for Field Application Engineers and key customers worldwide. /li /ul h3Your Skills and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field /li liHands-on experience in embedded software and/or hardware design (digital and analog) /li liCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to quickly understand customer system architectures and provide expert technical advice /li liStrong communication skills, able to interface effectively with global teams and customers /li liSelf-driven and highly organized, with excellent time management, prioritization and follow-up skills /li liWillingness to travel domestically and internationally to support customer engagements and events /li liFluent in English; proficiency in another European or Asian language is a plus /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications ("Bonus Points") /h3 ul liExperience with Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) such as GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, or Galileo /li liSkills in embedded software debugging and experience in development /li liProgramming proficiency in C, C++, Python /li liBackground in hardware design (analog, RF, digital) /li /ul pbLearn more about u-blox and its mission by watching this video! /b /p pWe see diversity as a strength and promote a culture of inclusion among our employees.
