Your tasks
- You will derive business requirements for the "Best Digital Customer Experience" from the overarching corporate strategy and implement these together with Product Management and the Digital Unit in an eCommerce context in the national and international environment for our products.
- You drive the further development of the inbound product content strategy in the national and international environment. In doing so, you will identify with new topics and embed them in an editorial plan.
- You regularly plan, implement and manage new product content with our technical experts and ensure a future-proof product content creation process.
- You critically scrutinize content with regard to SEO/SEA and constantly optimize performance.
Your profile
- Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, marketing, communications or similar field.
- Affinity for modern technologies.
- Strong market understanding in the area of online trade/e-commerce or software service/digital services in the B2B environment.
- Very good organizational and coordination skills.
- Conversational German and English skills.
- Confident handling of the most common MS Office applications, knowledge in the use of modern collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA and Confluence) would be an advantage.
- Confident handling of content management systems, e.g. SmartEdit, Wordpress.
- Skills in the use of monitoring and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Econda).
