This position is located at 52 FSS Marketing Department, Spangdahlem AB, Germany.
This is a Regular Part-Time position in which the incumbent may work between 20-34 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Subject to irregular tour of duty to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Military Spouse Preference (MSP) eligibility is lost if selected for this position.

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
- Experience which provides a general knowledge of marketing/advertising principles and practices
- Must have ability to use computers to perform design, research, composition and create promotional materials
- Must have experience in arranging and composing materials from conception, design stage and into final format and maintain well-organized files
- Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing
- Must have experience working specialized PC software programs
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Office or other equivalent software
- Must possess skill in dealing with customers and public
