The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is US Citizens and legal US residents in Germany. Recruitment is limited only to the local commuting area of Spangdahlem. Legal U.S. residents must possess a social security number or green card and must be:

Qualifying Experience:
- Must have prior accounting experience as well as experience in a NAF accounting setting.
- Must have supervisory or lead experience.
- Ability to present financial data in written reports, statements and platform briefing.
- Skill in analyzing Non appropriated financial relationships and developing recommendations for accounting actions.
- Ability to effectively and thoroughly apply research and problem-solving techniques for reconciling numerous complex supporting ledger and financial reports.
