The incumbent is one of three Administrative Assistants for the Regional Information Management Center (RDT) Frankfurt, Germany. The position is responsible for administrative duties in the RDT Executive section to include oversight over travel, budgetary and procurement functions. The incumbent receives direct supervision from the RDT Operations Deputy Branch Chief and is reviewed by the RDT Operations Branch Chief.
EXPERIENCE:At least two years of budget and/or travel management experience is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Working knowledge of Word processing, databases, and accounting spreadsheets skills, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel, is required. Working knowledge of the principles of budget procedures and requirements is required.
Education Requirements: Two years of college or university studies or equivalent trade school in accounting, business administration, computer science, or business management is required.
Evaluations: LANGUAGE: English fluent (level IV) (speaking, reading, writing) is required (This may be tested.)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Computer skills including a working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases are required. Good written and oral communication skills, including English grammar, spelling and writing are required.
