During this period, the company has completed a number of complex and large-scale landscaping, urban development and infrastructure projects.We are currently expanding our operations in Lithuania and Germany and are looking for Site manager in Germany (Berlin, Munich, Hanover).Tasks and responsibilities:· co- ordinating construction processes on site and ensuring the smooth execution of works from start to finish;· supervising staff on construction sites; organizing works and materials on ongoing construction sites;· Planning the work schedule and ensuring the site is completed on time; preparing and managing technical documentation;· liaising with other subcontractors and clients.· Management of an assigned large-scale modular construction project.· On-site team management: managing and planning our own staff as required, as well as coordinating the staff of our installation partner.· Deadline and quality control: ensuring that installation works are completed on time using a standardized cyclical method on site, continuous monitoring of construction quality, and the management of ‘as-built’ construction documentation (construction logs, acceptance reports).
