Head of Product (UAV / FPV)

The Role:

The Head of Product will lead the development of FPV quadcopters and future UAS platforms. This position involves shaping product vision, executing technical strategy, and ensuring seamless integration across software, hardware, and systems architecture. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge products to market, optimising for government-grade specifications and modularity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the product roadmap for FPV quadcopters and future UAV platforms.
2. Lead cross-functional engineering teams focused on hardware, software, and systems integration.
3. Manage project milestones to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
4. Drive technical innovation, enhancing design for modularity and scalability.
5. Ensure products meet European regulatory standards and industry best practices.
6. Foster a collaborative engineering environment focused on quality and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Extensive experience in UAV or robotics design, with a proven track record of leading products from concept to deployment.
2. Strong leadership capabilities in aerospace, robotics, or unmanned systems, particularly in sUAV development.
3. Demonstrated expertise in project management and systems integration.
4. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
5. Adaptability to a start-up environment with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
6. Proficiency in English.
