About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our Uber Eats team in Munich. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a central role in expanding our restaurant network across the country. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from identifying potential leads to successfully integrating new restaurant partners.

What The Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

  • Execute sales campaigns to expand Uber Eats' presence across Germany.
  • Negotiate partnerships and close deals with top‑tier restaurants via cold‑calling and onsite.
  • Guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process and ensure a successful start.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, such as Sales Operations and Marketing, to achieve shared goals and maximize results.
  • Analyze market trends and feedback to improve strategies and operations.
  • Experience in outbound sales, cold‑calling, and familiarity with digital (CRM) tools.
  • Resilience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude when working with potential partners.
  • Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse target groups.
  • A customer‑focused approach to foster partner growth and satisfaction.
  • Strategic thinking to identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive team.
  • A results‑oriented work ethic with the ambition to achieve and exceed set goals.
  • Willingness to travel across South Germany (50/50).
