Expansion Sales Executive (m/f/d), Uber Eats, Berlin Sales, Account Management in Berlin, Germany Role Responsibilities- Identify potential leads and leverage existing tools to build lead lists across Germany.- Engage and impress restaurants with our offerings, signing them up over the phone or arranging face-to-face meetings.- Visit markets to negotiate and finalize agreements by aligning Uber Eats' value with restaurant needs.- Secure leading restaurants in Germany, oversee their onboarding, and set them up for success.- Ensure smooth onboarding of restaurant partners during the launch week!- Report progress to key stakeholders: Team Lead, Launch Manager, Marketing, and Operations. Qualifications- A minimum of 1+ years in sales (tech, retail, tourism) with solid comprehension of the full sales cycle.- Skilled in forming excellent relationships with partners and acquiring new business over phone and in person.- Open to exploring new cities and enthusiastic about impromptu visits!- Personable and enjoys engaging with people and building networks.- Proficient at maintaining organization in a dynamic international work setting.- Ability to work independently and efficiently, utilizing internal resources for optimum results.- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.- Experience with field or market visits is beneficial.
