About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to join our team in Bavaria. Your mission is to expand and strengthen Uber Eats\‘ presence by partnering with top restaurants in Munich and across Bavaria.

In this role, you will use your sales expertise, negotiation skills, and business development mindset to sign restaurant partners and help them grow their business with Uber Eats. You will own your territory, build strong relationships, and contribute to Uber Eats\‘ success in the region.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-energy, dynamic environment where they can make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Restaurant Partnerships: Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals with restaurant partners.
  • Build Territory: Research and identify top restaurant partners in Munich and Bavaria, ensuring Uber Eats partners with local leaders.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Manage contract negotiations, establishing mutually beneficial relationships that drive sustainable growth.
  • Onboard New Restaurant Partners: Work closely with restaurant owners to ensure a seamless transition onto the Uber Eats platform.
  • Sell the Uber Eats Vision: Educate partners on how Uber Eats can help grow their business, introducing them to new features and opportunities.
  • Secure Exclusive Partnerships: Sign top-tier restaurant partners with exclusive agreements, strengthening Uber Eats\‘ market position.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Negotiation and Relationship-Building Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills – able to create and close deals.
  • Go-Getter Attitude: Self-motivated, thrives on challenges, and takes ownership of goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills – confident and persuasive over the phone and in person.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Additional Requirements: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Familiarity with the restaurant industry is a plus but not required. Valid driver\’s license (Class B) is preferred.
