Sysmex Europe SE serves as the regional headquarters for the EMEA region, which includes more than 30 national sales companies. The regional headquarters is located in Norderstedt / Hamburg, where the regional management team is based. The EMEA region has experienced significant growth recently and is expected to continue on this path.
To support ongoing growth and organizational adaptation, Sysmex Europe SE is seeking a capable and motivated professional for the position outlined below:
Your Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the workplace team, providing guidance and fostering a positive, productive environment.
- Oversee the operation and enhancement of workplace-oriented cloud services, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Implement and execute strategic initiatives for workplace-related projects.
- Ensure smooth processes and effective team collaboration, especially during upcoming project and organizational changes.
- Align IT strategies with the EMEA region to support business initiatives and operational efficiency.
Your Experience & Expertise :
- University degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT operations.
- Proven experience in areas such as Microsoft O365 services, Microsoft Intune Autopilot, RMM, Teams Telephony and Communication, Endpoint Management.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
