GE Smallworld Customer Support Engineer - TG3004

Job Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience with GE Smallworld PNI, Core SW4, SW5, EO, GDO, GTO, GSS, GSA, DM, MES, NRM, K8
2. 5+ years of experience with Magik, Java, VMDS, and Oracle Database
3. Proficiency in SQL, shell scripting, with the ability to read and interpret logs and debug files
4. Experience in installing Operating System patches and other third-party software such as ONA and Data Center Management
5. Hands-on experience with system configuration and installation of GE Smallworld suite of products
6. Experience in applying fixes on live customer systems
7. Proven track record in problem analysis, identification, and resolution
8. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
9. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
10. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Outlook
11. Knowledge of Object-Oriented programming techniques, Oracle, and system administration is a plus
