Position Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP Basis Architect with advanced proficiency in German (C1 level) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Basis administration, production support, S/4 Hana upgrades, SolMan, Data Volume Management (DVM), Data Lifecycle Management (DLM), backup and restore processes, and disaster recovery planning and management. Knowledge of SAP on RISE concepts is a plus.
• As an SAP Basis Architect, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing SAP systems, ensuring smooth production operations, and supporting SAP implementations and upgrades. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to design, implement, and support SAP landscapes that align with organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in German (C1 level), both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams in German-speaking regions.
• Strong expertise in SAP Basis administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades and migrations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and its functionality in the SAP landscape.
• Hands-on experience with Data Volume Management (DVM) and Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) strategies.
• Experience in Backup & Restore procedures, with a strong focus on SAP environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP on RISE concepts and the SAP Cloud platform.
• Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and management experience for SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
