h3TT IT Developer / Business Analyst – Job Description /h3 h3Main Responsibilities /h3 pThe position combines software development, business analysis and project delivery activities within the Bank’s IT environment. /p h3As An IT Developer /h3 ul liAnalyze, estimate and plan technical, security and functional requirements. /li liDesign, develop, test and implement solutions in accordance with the Bank’s standards and procedures. /li liMaintain clear, accurate and up-to-date technical and functional documentation. /li liImplement and maintain development, testing and deployment tools and processes. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of applications, processes and development practices. /li liProvide Level 3 support for applications within the assigned scope, including the analysis of complex incidents, resolution of application-related issues, coordination with vendors, and participation in problem management. /li liCollaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders and third-party application providers. /li liUse the Bank’s approved AI tools, in compliance with applicable security, confidentiality and data protection requirements. /li /ul h3As a Business Analyst /h3 ul liAssist project sponsors and business stakeholders in defining and documenting their requirements. /li liAnalyze functional requirements raised by users, sponsors and other stakeholders. /li liIdentify business needs, clarify objectives and translate them into clear and actionable specifications. /li liDefine and recommend appropriate solutions in collaboration with all project stakeholders, including third-party application teams. /li liPrepare project deliverables and functional specifications in accordance with UBP’s methodology and standards. /li liPrepare, facilitate and document workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders and support project delivery. /li liSupport the development team during technical and functional analysis. /li liCoordinate and execute testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). /li liIdentify, assess and closely monitor project risks, issues and dependencies. /li liDefine and follow up on appropriate mitigation and resolution plans. /li liSupport and train users during implementation and after go-live. /li liContribute to the preparation of user documentation and operational procedures. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liRequired:- Programming experience with Java, including Java 8 or later. /li liAngular and Vue.js. /li liStrong SQL skills are required, including experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase. /li liExperience with version-control tools (e.g. GIT) and automatic deployment tools. /li liAn advantage:- Knowledge of APIs and integration technologies. /li liKnowledge of cloud or infrastructure technologies would be an advantage. /li liKnowledge of software testing tools and methodologies. /li /ul h3Personal Skills /h3 ul liExcellent oral and written communication skills. /li liAbility to adapt communication style to different audiences, including business users, IT specialists and senior stakeholders. /li liStrong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex topics and summarize them clearly. /li liCustomer- and service-oriented mindset. /li liStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills. /li liAbility to build consensus while respecting people, processes and established procedures. /li liCommitment to producing clear, accurate and user-friendly documentation. /li liStrong willingness to learn, improve and contribute to the team. /li liProactive, energetic and able to take ownership of initiatives. /li liRigorous, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality results. /li liAbility to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment. /li liAutonomous and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time with different priorities. /li /ul h3Education And Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. /li liBasic knowledge of banking and financial services is required. /li liProfessional experience in software development is required. /li liPrevious experience in business analysis or IT project delivery would be an advantage /li liFluency in both French and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 pAt least three years of professional experience in software development, preferably within the banking or financial services industry /p h3Core Competencies /h3 pCore Competencies : Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility - Compliance with regulations and internal directives /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
