Senior Cash Projects & Coordination Manager

ph3Mission /h3pEnable the Cash department to deliver continuous improvement and operational excellence by driving cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders, reinforcing governance and controls, and providing senior support to Cash Transfers/FX/MM/Treasury operations teams. The role complements day-to-day teams by focusing on transformation, automation, quality, and risk reduction, without direct BAU processing. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliProject leadership and delivery- Lead and coordinate projects impacting Cash Services end-to-end (target operating model, process re-engineering, automation, vendor/tooling changes, regulatory initiatives). /liliOwn project lifecycle: scope, plan, steerco packs, RAID logs, testing strategy (UAT), go-live and post-implementation reviews. /liliEnsure alignment with group standards, audit recommendations, and regulatory changes. /liliDepartmental coordination and governance- Act as coordination hub between Cash teams, IT, Front Office, Treasury, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and external counterparts. /liliOrganize and run working groups, committees, and communication plans; ensure decisions are documented and followed up. /liliTrack KPIs/SLAs, produce management reporting and dashboards, and drive action plans to improve service quality and efficiency. /liliProcess optimization and controls- Map and challenge existing processes (Transfers Payments, FX/MM/Treasury Ops, Cards, Client Care interfaces) to improve STP rates, accuracy, and cost. /liliIdentify operational risks, define/enhance controls, ensure timely escalation, and embed lessons learned. /liliSupport the continuous review of procedures and contribute to audit/compliance responses. /liliSenior support to operations- Support team leads and specialists on complex cases, exceptions, and non-standard issues- providing guidance and escalation paths rather than executing BAU. /liliCoordinate department readiness for volume/market changes, new products, or correspondent updates. /liliContribute to training materials and knowledge transfer for new tools/processes. /li /ulh3Key Competencies /h3ulliCommunication and influence at all levels:- Clear, structured documentation and presentation skills. /liliOrganization and prioritization in time-pressured environments:- Ownership and accountability. /liliSolid organization and time management skills /liliProblem-solving mindset- Problem-Action-Results, with strong risk awareness and escalation judgment. /liliTeamwork and stakeholder management- Ability to coach and support without direct line management. /liliContinuous improvement focus- Openness to challenge status quo and drive change. /liliAnalytical Ability - Assimilate procedures and implement them /liliIdentify issues and raise them in a structured way /liliMake process improvements /liliAttention to detail /liliAdaptability- Be flexible to changes /liliMaintain quality standards despite schedule pressures /li /ulh3Technical/Domain skills /h3ulliStrong understanding of payments and transfers flows, FX/MM/Treasury operations (netting, CLS, reconciliations, Swift formats, settlement and levelling concepts /liliProficiency with MS Office (advanced Excel/Powerpoint), project tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) /liliData analysis and KPI design/monitoring with a Risk/audit/Compliance approach /liliFluent in English and French, German/Italian is a plus /li /ulh3Core Competencies /h3pAdherence to the company's values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility - Compliance with regulations and internal directives /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
