Your role
Are you passionate about driving AI adoption and initiatives forward? We are looking for a process change lead to join our team and contribute to the success of the AI Governance team.
We are looking for a process change lead to:
- simplify or automate AI governance processes
- coordinate and drive Control Functions to change their AI governance processes across risk taxonomies
- own the overall design of how AI governance processes will integrate across Control Functions
- lead efforts to pull together those working on AI documentation automation to develop a clear design, then coordinate and drive delivery
Your expertise
Skills required:
- extensive proven experience with delivering changes to governance processes across large scale programmes, portfolios, or enterprises
- relationship management – ability to drive engagement up to c-suite
- deep understanding of software delivery lifecycles, ideally including agile, devops / modelops frameworks
- ability to present to large and/or senior audiences, simplifying complex topics
- quick learner, desire to acquire / expand AI development knowledge
Preferable skills:
- process optimization and automation
- model and/or AI development approach understanding (note, no need to be able to develop models, this is focused on being conversant in how models / AI are developed)
- experience with generative AI development frameworks
