Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst (Germany)

About the Role

Are you a problem solver? Do you excel at client interaction? We are seeking a dedicated professional to:

1. Identify and tailor strategic advice for clients through in-depth analysis.
2. Efficiently execute M&A and ECM transactions within Germany and internationally.
3. Support the development of junior investment bankers.
4. Identify problems and recommend logical, realistic solutions.
5. Collaborate closely with colleagues across different countries and industries, focusing on M&A, ECM, Leveraged Finance, and DCM.

Your Team

You will join the German Country Coverage team in Frankfurt, focusing on M&A transactions. Our team is growing, with a strong track record in mid- and large-cap deals.

Your Expertise

• A strong university degree.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking (M&A, ECM), strategic consultancy, private equity, or similar financial services.
• Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to produce and communicate accurate presentation materials quickly.
• Proven project management and execution skills.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A resilient team player, even under challenging circumstances.
