Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We\’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Partnerships & Ecosystems Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You\’ll get to:
- Gain hands-on experience in innovation product and partnership development while enhancing your skills in client research, market analysis, and project management.
- Screen the market on new potential partners for our Real Estate, Corporates and Bancassurance ecosystem, by using business insights and data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Shape the strategic agenda and drive the delivery of the Partnerships & Ecosystems (P&E) team with ownership from day one.
- Engage with various business units and stakeholders to evaluate initiatives from multiple perspectives (i.e. multichannel approach, user experience, technology integration).
- Contribute to a setup dedicated to digital innovation and an agile way of working.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external key partners to ensure long-term collaboration and success.
- Prepare pitch decks and senior management presentations to position P&E solutions to external and internal stakeholders.
Your team
You\’ll be working in the stream \’Partnerships & Ecosystems\‘ within Client Needs – an enthusiastic, innovation, sales-focused and entrepreneurial team that boosts external partnerships to enhance our bank\’s offerings in Real Estate, Retail, Corporates, and Bancassurance with partner products, and to distribute our bank products through external partners.
Your expertise
We\’re looking for a candidate who:
- Has completed their bachelor\’s or master\’s degree within the last 18 months.
- Has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system.
- Is a self-starter with a true entrepreneurial mindset.
- Shows a proactive approach and ownership from day one, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Is detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, can handle deadlines, and is used to working in fast-paced environments.
- Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in preparing pitch decks and senior management presentations.
- Is a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Is motivated to dive into a wide range of topics such as partner management, marketing, sales, analytics and risk.
- Has gathered first experience in the banking industry.
- Is an expert user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
