Responsibilities

• evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
• prepare industry analyses for pitches
• participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises
• conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials
• get involved in the execution of live deals

Your Team

You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in Frankfurt. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Qualifications

• Graduating between 2024 and 2026
• Has or is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree
• Fluent German and English
• GPA 2.5 (German grading system)
