We\’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Wealth Management Switzerland Graduate Talent Program to

identify clients\‘ needs and potential in order to offer them suitable solutions, particularly in terms of investment and asset management, within a comprehensive approach contribute to the development of prospects and clients of the team collaborate closely with other segments and specialists to offer clients complete solutions prepare and participate in client visits and events ensure administrative follow-up of client relationships, manage related risks, and respond to daily requests

You’ll get to

build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes

Start date February 2026

Your team

You’ll be working amongst a team of client advisors in the Wealth Management Switzerland Oberwallis eam. You’ll be working as a part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive and including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who

will graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree no more than 18 months prior to starting our program, with less than 12 months of work experience post-graduation has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative is a strategic thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills has an interest in financial markets, numbers, models, and products is fluent in both French, English and German
