We’re responsible for sourcing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our world-class technology solutions. We’re a global organization with multiple streams that align with each of the key functional areas within UBS to ensure that our solutions meet business needs. /ppBased on your interests and experience, you could be placed as a Technology Engineer Graduate, Data Engineer Graduate, Software Engineering Graduate, Data Science and Analytics Graduate. /ppWithin a crew of the Analytics and Sales Platform stream, you will contribute to robust and reliable data solutions while helping prepare for technologies such as cloud computing, streaming, AI and Generative AI. /ppYou will work alongside a supportive team of data and technology experts who are passionate about using data and AI to support business growth and enhance client experiences. /ph3We’re Looking For a Candidate Who /h3ulliis a recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months) /lilihas fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date /lilihas no more than two years of full-time work experience /lilihas completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field /lilihas values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative /liliis a strategic thinker with strong communication skills /li /ulpis motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines /pullihas a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system /lilihas a strong interest in AI and Generative AI and a desire to explore their potential applications in a business context /lilihas experience with AI and Generative AI tools and models such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies /lilihas proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as Python, user interface development frameworks and SQL /lilihas familiarity with data engineering concepts and techniques /lilihas excellent English language skills, German is a plus /li /ulpStart date: 1 February 2027 /ph3Your program /h3pOur Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career.
