We work across business and technology to make complex processes simple, secure and intuitive. As a trainee, you'll contribute to real delivery outcomes while learning from experienced business analysts, product managers, engineers, designers and other specialists. You'll be encouraged to take ownership, explore different topics and build a broad understanding of how digital products are shaped and delivered in a regulated environment. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll have opportunities to learn through knowledge-sharing sessions, innovation topics, professional communities and team events. /p h3Your expertise /h3 h3We’re Looking For a Candidate Who /h3 ul liis a recent graduate (graduated in the last 24 months) /li lihas fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date /li lihas completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree /li lihas values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative /li liis a strategic thinker with strong communication skills /li liis motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines /li lican evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency /li lihas a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system /li liis curious and demonstrates a strong learning mindset, with the confidence to ask questions, constructively challenge assumptions, seek feedback, /li lihas confidence using modern digital tools; experience with GitLab, Github copilot, Java and Spring-boot. BPMN is a plus. /li /ul pStart date: 1 February 2027 /p h3Your program /h3 pOur Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You'll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations.
