You will work closely with a client advisor and together be responsible for a demanding client portfolio.
You will support the client advisors in their daily business, including administrative and service-oriented tasks.
You will have telephone (and personal) contact with clients and handle specific client orders and inquiries, such as preparing account opening documents, processing fiduciary and fixed-term deposits, foreign exchange transactions, payment orders, account closures, etc.
You will take responsibility for coordinating maturities and pending tasks. If necessary, you will make changes to client master data and independently carry out various clarification and control tasks.
You will act as central point of contact between the client, back office, and various specialist departments. In doing so, you will get to know and apply the broad product range of Global Wealth Management.
Your expertise
Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent education/training
Fluency in English and Mandarin, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Ideally (several years of) professional experience in the front office area as well as good knowledge of banking and financial products
Familiarity with account openings for individuals and, ideally, for domiciliary companies
A passion for client interaction and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
A collaborative team player with a quick grasp of new concepts
Resilience under pressure and a willingness to take ownership of tasks
A self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities
