About the Role Do you like to work on real products used daily by front office teams? Are you looking to gain hands on exposure to AI, analytics, and large-scale data platforms? Would you like to learn how to build secure, compliant systems in one of the most complex environments in the industry? Would you like to help design and scale platforms that sit at the heart of how sales teams understand clients, spot opportunities, and make decisions? Do you like to work at the intersection of product, data, AI and engineering, helping transform complex systems into intuitive, high impact experiences?
Responsibilities
design AI first products that deliver proactive insights, automation, and decision support directly into sales workflows and treat data as a product, ensuring client data is well structured, high quality and ready to power analytics and AI use cases
own end-to-end product delivery, from discovery and roadmap definition through to launch, adoption, and measurable impact and define success using data, tracking adoption, efficiency, workflow automation, data quality, and business outcomes
partner closely with engineers, quants, and data teams to shape solutions across data platforms, analytics layers, AI services, and front-end experiences
embed controls by design, working with governance and risk partners to build secure, compliant, and trusted systems and remove friction from workflows, reducing manual steps and duplicated effort across the Client360 ecosystem
balance short term wins with long term modernization, helping evolve the broader Client360 and Distribution strategy
think about CRM not just as a tool, but as a product powered by clean data, strong models, intelligent automation, and AI ready foundations—surfacing insights directly into day-to-day workflows

experience in product management within financial services or another regulated, data heavy environment

high data fluency, with the ability to think in data models, understand lineage and manage datasets as core assets
genuine curiosity about AI and analytics, and how they can be applied responsibly at enterprise scale and the ability to work with technical teams while communicating clearly with the business leads
a mindset that values controls, privacy and secure by design solutions
exposure to CRM or client data platforms and experience with Power BI, analytics, or reporting platforms would be a plus
familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Copilot, data platforms) is highly desirable
interest in UX and user research, with a desire to build intuitive, high adoption products and awareness of desktop interoperability standards (e.g. OpenFin / FDC3)
