Overview
In this role you design, build and optimize the HSM landscape to support secure, compliant card processing. You will work closely with IT Platform Services and application teams to evolve the HSM environment, automate configurations, and meet demanding SLAs. You’ll address incidents, drive performance improvements, and participate in on-call rotations. The position offers collaboration with a skilled, mission-driven team and opportunities to grow in security-focused infrastructure.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead architecture, engineering and continuous optimization of the HSM landscape with strong security/compliance adherence
- Automate HSM operations and optimize configurations to meet SLAs
- Monitor trends in the HSM space and evaluate applicability for the organization
- Drive development of the HSM environment in collaboration with application projects
- Analyze issues, resolve incidents and optimize performance with infra and application teams
- Participate in on-call rotation for technical incidents and access control
- Handle selected network-related tasks (firewalls, load balancing, switching/routing) to support network specialists
Zentrale Anforderungen
- university degree or equivalent education in computer science or related field
- several years of experience designing and managing complex projects
- solid experience with Thales Luna, Payshield 10k, KeySecure/CTM, ProtectServer 2/3, Azure Key Vault
- willingness to learn and take on challenges in demanding IT environment
- experience with firewalls (Fortigate), load balancing (F5) and switching/routing (Cisco/Arista) is a plus
- experience as Product Owner or in requirements management; familiarity with agile methods
