Job Description

Req#: 276117BR • a degree in business administration, banking and finance, economics, engineering or similar subject
• minimum 5-8 years of experience in risk management, risk control, audit or compliance, substantial subject matter expertise on AML TM (ACAMS certification is a plus, but not mandatory)
• transaction monitoring system experience is a prerequisite on one or more of the following systems: Mantas, Actimize or Fortent, SIRON AML
• MS Office expertise especially in Excel and MS Access
• a passion for understanding and working with a large amount of data
• a deep understanding of financial markets and transactions relevant to financial crime prevention efforts applicable to various banking activities with a focus on Wealth Management, Correspondent Banking and Investment Banking
• analytical and inquisitive, with the ability to provide practical solutions for minimizing risk while enabling business goals
• results-oriented and collaborative (you put the team’s interest first)
• proactive and a problem solver
• fluent in English and German
• a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
• ready to enjoy working in an international environment and with teams based in multiple locations
