We’re looking for a Analyst with 1-3 years of experience who can:• support M&A and capital markets transactions by conducting research, analysis and basic financial modelling• assist with company valuations, market updates and industry analysis for pitches and live deal execution• prepare clear, accurate presentations, marketing materials and client discussion documents• analyse companies, sectors and transaction trends to help identify key insights and opportunities• work closely with senior bankers and colleagues across products, industries and geographies Your team You’ll be working in the German Country Coverage team in Frankfurt with a focus on M&A transactions.

We are a growing and successful team with a strong track record on mid- and large cap transactions.

• Your expertise• a strong university degree
• experience (1-3 years) in investment banking (M&A, ECM), strategic consultancy, private equity or a similar financial services profession• strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly (you get it, and can communicate it to others)• strong project management and execution track record• in the past been exposed to working in an international framework• an excellent communicator• a resilient team player, even in challenging circumstances• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.

You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
