Role Overview Lead the Investor Relations function for the UGA Infrastructure vertical, overseeing a team of approximately five professionals and providing specialist knowledge of UGA's infrastructure products to clients worldwide. Deliver high-quality investment solutions, contribute to fundraising efforts, and collaborate with investment teams and client coverage teams to support sales and client services.
Responsibilities
Lead the Investor Relations function for the UGA Infrastructure vertical, overseeing and developing a team of approximately five professionals
Provide specialist knowledge of UGA's infrastructure products to clients worldwide
Provide high-quality investment solutions to institutional and private investors
Contribute to fundraising efforts by completing RFPs and creating compelling marketing materials, including pitch decks and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
Work closely with the investment teams to conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor activity to enhance investor communication and position the firm as a market leader
Work closely with the Asset Management Client Coverage teams and Global Wealth Management client advisors to support sales and client services efforts
Qualifications
7-8 years of experience in an institutional investment, private markets specialist, product specialist or alternative sales role
Advanced technical, product and market knowledge in real estate, infrastructure, or private equity investments
Experience working in a large institution with a collaborative approach to generalist sales teams
Hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
Fluency in German and English required; proficiency in French, Italian or Spanish a plus
