We are looking for someone like you to: /p ul libe at the forefront of UBS entering the Digital Asset space /li libe responsible for managing the risk and workflows of our 24/7 Digital Asset offering in Switzerland on weekends /li licoordinate the resolution of infrequent system outages by collaborating with our Global Service Delivery and support functions /li liwork with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and technology, to develop future product requirements and detailed design specifications for our DA offering /li liget exposure to managing the risks we take as a result of making markets electronically to clients in FX, Precious Metals (cash EFPs) and non-deliverable Forwards /li liprice and hedge, although typically done by algorithm, sometimes human intervention is required during system outages or extreme market events /li lihelp fine tune the complex system and work across the business with other teams such as sales, quant trading and support to improve system performance /li liwork with our Sales team to identify opportunities to improve UBS market footprint further, join them in client meetings / calls to gather relevant information /li liwork with Quant Traders and Quant Development teams on pricing, hedging and other system enhancement /li lidevelop a strong understanding about FX market microstructure and the exchange side products, /li lidevelop and follow regulations, compliance policies, desk policies, limits, and guidelines /li /ul h3Job Type /h3 pFull Time /p h3Job Reference # /h3 p BR /p h3City /h3 pOpfikon /p h3The team /h3 pYou'll be working as part of the Global Markets Derivatives Solutions team in Zurich. As an Crypto eFX Trader, we price and hedge Crypto, FX, Precious Metals and NDFs via electronic channels. /p h3Your Skills And Experience /h3 ul lias prior experience in working either for a DA native company or on an eFX Trading desk /li lirelevant understanding of the DA landscape and its relevant market participants /li licomfortable with working on Weekends /li liknowledge of settlement procedures around digital assets /li lia self-starter, reliable and passionate about the client experience /li liable to cope under pressure and comfortable working independently, as well as in a collaborative environment /li liresponsible and conscious of risks; curious and able to challenge status quo /li liable to build strong client networks, with an entrepreneurial mind-set /li liexcellent communication skills /li licomfortable in analyzing large data sets using various data visualization tools /li liknowledge of/interest in Electronic Trading /li liKnowledge/experience of applications such as Python, Jupiterhub, mathlab, q, kx systems etc /li liyou're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.
