We are trusted advisors to business and support functions. /p pOur team plays a key role in supporting and advancing initiatives across the following areas: /p ul liLegal advisory services relating to banking products, services, transactions and business operations /li liRegulatory and legal matters impacting the Swiss banking industry /li liLitigation, debt recovery and other complex or sensitive legal proceedings /li liStrategic business projects and transformation initiatives /li liDigital innovation and the deployment of technology-driven legal solutions, strategic projects, partnerships and digital business models /li /ul h3Your Skills And Experience /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in law from a Swiss university and admission to the Swiss Bar /li liAn LL.M., CAS or other relevant postgraduate qualification is an asset /li liInitial post-qualification experience gained within the financial sector, an in-house legal department and/or a leading law firm /li liDemonstrated knowledge of and strong interest in contract law, corporate law, commercial criminal law, banking and finance law, as well as debt enforcement and insolvency law. /li liStrong problem-solving, analytical and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and commercially minded approach /li liNative French speaker with full professional proficiency in English; fluency in German and/or Italian is a strong advantage /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pUBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
