If yes, then we are looking for you. /p pWe’re looking for a Mandate Pricing Governance Specialist to: /p ul lisupport business stakeholders in developing and documenting pricing cases, ensuring completeness, consistency and alignment with established pricing frameworks /li licoordinate pricing approvals with senior management /li licoordinate pricing-related initiatives and process improvements, maintaining plans, milestones, action items, dependencies and risks /li liPerform profitability review of existing mandates and run annual review /li lireview and prepare materials for the global mandate forum and senior management discussions /li lisupport Mandate Governance topics and projects, such as management of Service Level agreements, launch of new mandate products offerings /li lisupport Capacity Management Oversight Framework. /li /ul h3The team /h3 pYou’ll be part of the AM Pricing Structuring Governance team within Asset Management. We are responsible for developing and implementing the firm's pricing strategy and mandate strategy and ensuring the competitiveness and commercial viability of our investment offerings /p pYou will work closely with colleagues across Asset Management, gaining broad exposure to investment products, client mandates, governance and business change. /p h3Your Skills And Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Quantitative Finance or a related field /li li2–5 years of experience in Asset Management or Financial Services /li ligood understanding of financial markets and investment products; Asset Management experience is required /li liexperience in mandate pricing, product pricing, RFPs, product management or a related function would be an advantage /li listrong analytical skills /li liexperience working on projects and collaborating across multiple teams /li liexcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li libusiness fluency in English and German /li liorganized, diligent and detail-oriented working style /li licurious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.
