We’re looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial Relationship Manager to help grow our Eastern Europe-focused Wealth Management business. We are interested in candidates with a strong track record advising entrepreneurs, executives, investors, institutions, or family‑owned businesses. Existing wealth management experience or an existing private client book is welcome but not required. In this role, you will: /pullidevelop and execute a focused business development strategy targeting prospective clients and referral sources /liliidentify, engage, and cultivate relationships with entrepreneurs, executives, family business owners, investors, and other sophisticated clients across Eastern Europe /lilibuild a strong network through market engagement, referrals, professional relationships, and internal collaboration /lilidevelop a deep understanding of clients' needs and connect them with UBS's investment, advisory, and wealth planning capabilities /liliensure all client activities comply with regulatory, cross-border, risk and compliance requirements /lilisupport a strong risk culture, high standards of conduct, and an excellent client experience /li /ulh3The team /h3pBased in Zurich, you will join our High Net Worth (HNW) / Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Wealth Management team. We advise sophisticated private clients on managing, preserving, and growing their wealth, including succession planning and long-term objectives across generations. You will benefit from UBS’s global platform, specialist expertise, and a collaborative environment focused on high-quality client outcomes. /ph3Your Skills And Experience /h3ulliseveral years of experience in wealth management, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, institutional coverage, consulting, family office advisory, or a comparable client-facing financial services role /lilidemonstrated ability to develop business opportunities, originate relationships, and work with sophisticated clients and decision-makers /lilistrong regional understanding of Eastern Europe, supported by cultural familiarity, background, or market experience /liliinterest in wealth management and advising entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, and families on their financial objectives /lilientrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently /liliYou’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows.
