We are looking for a Fixed Income Sales professional to join our UGM team in Zurich, focusing on Professional Market Access (PMA) clients within Wealth Management.
Responsibilities
Provide Fixed Income coverage and act as the primary point of contact for a designated Front business area.
Deliver a broad range of cash Fixed Income solutions, including Investment Grade, High Yield, Emerging Markets, Subordinated debt and Rates.
Engage with end‑clients across UHNW and GFIW segments.
Translate market developments and CIO research into client‑ready investment ideas.
Distribute Fixed Income ideas and provide execution services.
Partner closely with Client Advisors, CIO, the Execution Hub and IB trading desks.
Contribute to franchise growth by strengthening existing relationships and supporting client acquisition.
Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from idea generation through execution and follow‑up.
Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience in Fixed Income sales or within the Fixed Income asset class (trading, advisory, or capital markets).
Strong understanding of macroeconomic drivers and their impact on rates and credit markets.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a strong client focus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
Strong interest in financial markets and investment trends.
Structured, disciplined and reliable approach, with the ability to perform under pressure.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in a Swiss national language; additional languages are an advantage.
