Overview
In this role you will support the Group External Communications team at UBS during a pivotal period. You will help shape media relations, craft materials, and ensure executive messaging aligns with external positioning. You will also drive AI-related communications as part of a GEO strategy and monitor media performance with cross-functional coordination. This is an opportunity to influence how UBS communicates with global media and stakeholders while working closely with senior leadership. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and execute media relations strategies and plans; prepare statements, Q&As, briefing documents, and talking points
- Serve as the team’s focal point for Artificial Intelligence, supporting GEO efforts in Group Corporate Communications
- Assist Head of Group External Communications with defining and evaluating media performance indicators and coordinating cross-functional projects
Zentrale Anforderungen
- At least five years of experience in media relations, journalism, or communications consulting, preferably in financial services
- Familiarity with Swiss and international media environments
- Full professional fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of AI and affinity for technology-related topics
- Structured, analytical approach with strong project management skills; comfortable handling complex, global topics
- Strong dedication, reliability, interpersonal skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a large matrix organization
