Overview
In this role you will design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA-based GL and Group Reporting solutions to enable accurate statutory and group financial reporting. You will collaborate with Group Accounting, Consolidation and local Finance teams within UBS Finance Technology to deliver reliable close processes. You will drive end-to-end consolidation activities, data quality controls, and integrations with GL and subledgers. This is a global, cross-functional role focused on continuous improvement of the SAP finance landscape and reporting capabilities.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and implement SAP S/4HANA GL and Group Reporting solutions for consolidation and statutory reporting
- Configure GL components (parallel ledgers, document splitting, account determination) and COA, FS versions, reporting structures
- Support end-to-end consolidation: data collection, intercompany reconciliation, currency translation, and group adjustments
- Ensure strong integration between SAP GL, subledgers, Group Reporting, and other tools
- Lead/participate in blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities
- Define controls to ensure data quality and consistency across entities
- Collaborate with Finance to harmonize accounting and consolidation processes
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support for GL and consolidation processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement: simplification, automation, performance optimization
- Assist in data migration activities and cutover events
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 3–7 years in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) focused on General Ledger and consolidation
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience with GL (S/4 Universal Journal) and Group Reporting or alternative consolidation solutions
- Strong understanding of IFRS/local GAAP and group consolidation methods
- Proven experience in system design, configuration, and testing for GL and consolidation
- Experience with data migration and cutover activities
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
