Overview
In this role you support the Asset Management COO by coordinating business management, performance tracking, and change initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You help translate strategic priorities into action across business areas, with emphasis on governance, technology alignment, and value realization. You will shape the AM COO operating model, leverage AI-enabled capabilities, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive efficient, scalable processes. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Coordinate end-to-end business management for the AM COO, including workforce planning, financial and service management, and performance monitoring
- Design and evolve the horizontal AM COO operating function with core cadences like AM Operating Forum and QBRs
- Prepare and syndicate management materials for senior engagements and decision forums
- Develop a lifecycle tracking framework for AM business cases covering investments, benefits, and delivery performance
- Shape and implement the AM Technology strategy aligned with business priorities and annual objectives
- Monitor industry trends and translate insights into opportunities to improve efficiency and resilience
- Support the AI strategy within AM COO in collaboration with business areas and the AI Center of Excellence
- Foster collaboration, operational excellence, and adherence to UBS Principles and Behaviors
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3–5+ years of experience structuring, managing, and delivering complex initiatives in top-tier consulting or Financial Services (Asset Management)
- Understanding of the Asset Management value chain, including traditional and alternative investments, operations, fund management, and COO support functions
- Structured problem solving and business management frameworks with a focus on outcomes and value creation
- Strong understanding of data, AI, and digital enablement and their impact on operating models
- Experience in organizational change management and governance of investment/change portfolios in regulated environments (a plus)
- Self-starter in fast-paced, ambiguous settings with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel; ability to synthesize complexity into clear narratives
- Team player with ownership, independence, and collaborative spirit
- Excellent listening and senior stakeholder management skills with ability to build trusted networks
