Overview

In this role you will expand access to UCB's immunology solutions in Vorarlberg, Tirol, and Salzburg by building strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and ecosystem stakeholders. You’ll tailor information on therapy options, navigate patient pathways, and align local dynamics with patient outcomes. You work closely with cross-functional teams to drive patient-centered initiatives and meaningful value for patients. Zentrale Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field
• Experience in pharma, healthcare sales, account management, or customer engagement
• Strong strategic account management and relationship-building skills
• Eagerness to apply digital customer engagement and omnichannel approaches
• Ability to understand healthcare ecosystems, patient pathways, and local access dynamics
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, customer focus, and a result-driven mindset
