We are looking for a Marketing Solution Lead – Dermatology who is strategic, collaborative and impact-driven to join our Dermatology Franchise team, based in Monheim am Rhein, Germany.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the local marketing strategy for the main indication of our key brand within our Dermatology portfolio in Germany. You will translate European strategies into relevant local initiatives and ensure their successful execution in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Your work will directly contribute to sustainable growth, strong brand performance and improved outcomes for people living with dermatological conditions.
Who you’ll work with
You will be part of the Dermatology Franchise within the Immunology organization in Germany, reporting to the Head of Marketing Dermatology. You will work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Digital, Communications, Legal and Compliance. In addition, you will collaborate with the European Dermatology Community of Solution Leads, sharing insights and best practices in an inclusive, international environment that values diverse perspectives and ways of working.
What you’ll do
- Further driving the marketing strategy for the Dermatology product portfolio in Germany
- Drive sustainable sales growth and strengthen market leadership in defined patient segments
- Localize and implement European marketing strategies, campaigns and materials
- Work closely with Sales, Medical and Market Access teams to ensure aligned execution
- Lead and further develop the cross‑functional Dermatology Product Group to continuously improve Brand communication and Brand materials
- Collect, analyze and share key market, customer and performance insights
- Develop and implement the local communication strategy with medical and trade media
- Continuously improve omnichannel strategies and customer journeys
- Contribute to integrated brand planning and managing relevant marketing budget components
- Actively support digital transformation initiatives and agile ways of working
- Ensure compliance, quality and ethical standards across all marketing activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, healthcare or a related field
- Several years of experience in marketing roles within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience in product launches and lifecycle management
- Strong ability to collaborate in cross‑functional and international teams
- Experience with agile working methods and digital innovation
- You are comfortable working professionally in both German and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
