About the role
You will act as a strategic and operational HR business partner to senior stakeholders within the Patient Impact Germany organization. You will support talent, organizational, and cultural initiatives to benefit patients. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic influencer, understanding business priorities, and executing talent processes either directly or through collaboration.
Who you\’ll work with
You will collaborate with business partners across Germany and work with Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to ensure an integrated HR approach.
What you\’ll do
- Develop an understanding of business priorities to align HR strategies with company goals
- Drive change management and cultural transformation initiatives
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
- Ensure collaboration with the German Works Council, navigating labor law and compliance
- Oversee HR support from onboarding to performance management and employee relations
- Support reward processes in partnership with the Total Rewards & Operations team

- Bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 5 years of HR business partnering experience, preferably in a global organization
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and experience working with works councils
- Excellent change management and facilitation skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and coaching abilities
- Proficiency in HR systems, data analytics, and digital HR tools
- Fluent in German
