At UCONIC, you create ads for exciting client projects, with a focus on ad design and video. We're looking for a versatile creative with strong design and video editing skills, an enthusiasm for AI, and a love of developing good ideas together with the team.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and design static ads in Figma, from the first idea to the finished design.
- Use AI tools to explore ideas, create images, and refine your designs.
- Edit and produce video ads independently, turning your ideas into compelling videos.
- Create ad variations and improve them based on feedback and campaign results.
- Work closely with our team and contribute your design ideas to shared projects.
What You Bring
- You have a good eye for layout, typography, imagery, and clear visual messages.
- You're confident using Figma and can turn ideas into designs independently.
- You have solid video editing skills and can edit and produce video ads independently.
- You're keen to work with AI and explore new tools. Some experience is a plus; we'll train you in our AI tools and workflows.
- You're versatile, reliable, and enjoy developing ideas with others.

Confident in design and video editing, and excited to work with AI? Even if you have little experience with it so far, we'll train you in our tools and workflows. AI is already a core part of many of our creative projects.
Enjoy designing websites, too? You'll fit right in.
If you enjoy web design, we'd especially like to meet you. That includes using AI to help design websites. It's another way to support the team beyond ad design. Web design is a plus, not a requirement.
