As an Enterprise Account Executive, you\’ll drive our fast-growing enterprise business by acquiring new clients and retaining and growing existing customer accounts in your assigned region. You will help leading companies empower their teams with training in the latest technologies to enhance their ability to deliver innovative products and services globally. We\’re seeking a motivated seller with a proven track record of selling to C-level executives at Global 2000 / Fortune 1000 companies. What you’ll do :
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline.
- Renew and grow existing customer accounts to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual booking goals.
- Use industry trends to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions based on customer needs.
- Conduct effective meetings with Directors, VPs, and C-suite executives, speaking as a leader in this space.
- Partner with our product team to provide feedback on trends and identify opportunities to add value for customers.
What we value :
- 4+ years in enterprise sales, startup, or early-stage company experience preferred; industry experience strongly preferred.
- A consultative, solution, and value-based selling approach to close new business.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills at the C-level.
- Superior research skills to gain in-depth knowledge of a client\’s business, structure, and processes.
- An exceptional track record in advanced enterprise sales with consistent overachievement.
- A forward-looking, flexible, creative, and proactive mindset.
- Experience with corporate training products/services is a plus.
- Proficiency in Italian (written and verbal).
