Role Overview:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive our enterprise growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts within your assigned region. Your role involves empowering leading companies with training in the latest technologies, enabling them to deliver innovative products and services globally. We seek a motivated sales professional with a proven track record selling to C-level executives at Fortune 1000 companies. Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline.
  2. Renew and expand existing customer accounts to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  3. Leverage industry trends to understand customer pain points and customize solutions accordingly.
  4. Conduct effective meetings with Directors, VPs, and C-suite executives, demonstrating leadership in this space.
  5. Collaborate with our product team to provide feedback and identify opportunities for added value.

Qualifications and Values:

  • Minimum of 4+ years in enterprise sales, preferably within startups or early-stage companies; industry experience is highly valued.
  • Consultative, solution, and value-based selling skills for closing new business.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills at the C-level.
  • Excellent research skills to understand client businesses, structures, and processes.
  • Consistent over-achievement in enterprise sales roles.
  • Creative, proactive, and adaptable approach to sales.
  • Experience with corporate training products/services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Italian (written and verbal) is required.
