As an SEO Consultant at 26PMX, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries and client websites, from ecommerce, fashion & beauty to financial services, technology, and home improvements. In this role, you will play a key part in driving client growth through innovative SEO strategies, touching on all pillars of SEO – on-site, off-site, technical, and content. You will help plan, review, and implement these strategies, contributing valuable insights without the pressure of owning performance independently.

You will collaborate closely with a talented team across client services, tech SEO analysts, PR, content, copywriting, and creative departments. Together, you will help craft cohesive, effective strategies that align with client satisfaction and business goals. As a vital support to the team, you will focus on delivering results while assisting in reporting on KPIs and objectives, ensuring all client’s SEO efforts are set up for success.

What You Do

  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms for clients.
  • Create page briefs with SEO requirements for content teams.
  • Assist in technical SEO audits and collaborate with the tech team during sprints.
  • Support SEO strategy development and implementation with guidance from senior staff.
  • Work with analysts, PR specialists, and writers to deliver strategies covering technical, content, offsite, and onsite SEO.
  • Help measure and analyze SEO success, reporting insights to senior strategists.
  • Take initiative for personal growth and skill development using team expertise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithms, and tools, contributing to team discussions.
  • Collaborate within the team, managing smaller accounts or tasks with senior oversight.
  • Organize your workload and deadlines, ensuring time for meetings and tasks.
  • Support ISO27001 delivery and complete mandatory training or tasks as required.

Knowledge and Competencies

  • 1–2 years of SEO experience (agency or in-house) in keyword research, content optimization, or technical SEO is desirable but not essential.
  • Understand clients’ business, audience, and goals.
  • Learn their market and digital presence.
  • Present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Basic Google Analytics/Search Console knowledge; training provided.
  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Interest in on-site SEO and willingness to learn.
  • Analyze data to improve SEO.
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Motivated and adaptable to agency clients.
