Profile sought Qualified miller or equivalent training in the food industry Proven experience in the manufacture of fodder feed or in an automated industrial environment Experience in managing production processes and leading teams Strong interest in process optimisation and continuous improvement Independent, committed and solution-oriented personality Fluency in French; knowledge of German is a real advantage, otherwise English.
